• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during normal operating windows.
• Bank Transfer and Raast withdrawals may take one to three business days to reflect in your account.
• Crash Game may request identity verification documentation before processing your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above a certain threshold.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — only real money winnings derived from qualifying play are withdrawable, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the player will not be processed.

Where prohibited conduct is suspected, Crash Game may freeze account funds during investigation. If a violation is confirmed, any balance in the account — including deposits — may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
